THE COMMUNITY FARM

Creating community, building capacity, restoring hope

Since 2012, The Farm has been offering programs for youth that are designed to build capacity in social interaction, individual development, and community engagement.
The Community Farm works to serve their neighbors through community and capacity building programs and services, while pointing people to the love of God through actions.
